We're a federally inspected facility that specializes in custom processing. You choose the cuts, the thickness, the package sizes and the smoked options — we take it from there.

Steaks cut to your thickness, roasts, brisket, stew meat, ground beef and patties — plus jerky, snack sticks, hot dogs and summer sausage.
