Do I need to print and return a cut sheet?
No. When it's time, we'll text you a link to fill out your cut sheet online, or you can call and do it over the phone. The PDFs on this page are just a handy way to look over your options ahead of time.
Which cut sheet should I look at?
The one that matches your animal and how much of it you're getting: whole, half or mixed quarter for beef; whole or half for hogs and lamb; or whole for goats. Not sure? Text us and we'll point you to the right one.
What if I'm not sure what to pick?
Just ask. Call and we'll talk through your options, or text us your questions at (330) 482-2997. If you leave something blank, we'll call if we have questions.
What does "Additional Charge" mean on the sheet?
Some choices cost extra, like one steak per package, beef patties, and maple chipotle, peppered or jalapeño bacon. They're marked right on the sheet. Text or call us for current pricing.
Do you process goats?

Can I just buy a few packages instead of a whole animal?
Absolutely. Our retail freezer is stocked with high-quality, individually packaged meat. Stop in any time we're open — no order needed.
How can I pay?
We take cash, checks and cards (a 4% surcharge applies to card transactions). EBT is accepted on in-store retail purchases only, not on custom processing or special orders. See payment details.
